We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We offer FREE UPS Ground delivery to US Domestic orders. Shipments to Canada cost a flat fee of $35 via USPS International Priority Mail. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days after your order has been shipped (excluding public holidays).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club credit and debit cards. If you use a card operated in another currency from that listed on our store, your card issuer will set the exchange rate and may charge an administration fee.
The following covers the return of non-defective product purchased from the Caeden website. Non-defective is defined as any product that does not fall under either: 1. Product that is defective. For defective product, please see our limited warranty. 2. Product purchased from an authorized reseller. Non-defective product must be returned to the original point of purchase. If you purchased a product from Caeden through our website, Caeden.com, you may return the product if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and Caeden will refund the amount paid for the returned product minus any expedited or international shipping fees.
Product must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of the original order for a refund. For Sona Connected Bracelet Pre-Orders, products must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the order.
Shipping back to Caeden must be paid by purchaser and will not be refunded by Caeden.
To request a refund, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number. Also, please include your original packing slip if still available.
Once Caeden receives your return, we will process your refund and email you a credit memo confirmation. Upon receipt of the credit memo confirmation email, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be posted back to the credit card used for the purchase.
Caeden is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Caeden. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Caeden via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following Caeden’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7 to 10 business days), Caeden will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Caeden does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. Caeden will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by Caeden more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Caeden also does not provide a refund for returned product that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. This non-defective product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchased product for resale or cover products purchased through online auction website or channels other than Caeden’s website. For refunds of Defective Products, please refer to the terms and conditions of the limited warranty.
